If you thrive on building genuine relationships with creators and agents, know how to turn a brief into compelling content, and are energised by the pace of agency life, this role is for you.
Responsibilities of the Influencer Campaign Manager
Campaign Planning & Strategy:
Lead the development of influencer strategies across client accounts, ensuring creator activity integrates seamlessly with broader campaign objectives.
Act as the strategic point of contact between clients, internal teams, creators, and agents, ensuring alignment at every stage of the campaign.
Lead influencer strategy on new business pitches, owning the creative direction and creator recommendations presented to prospective clients.
Talent Sourcing & Relationships:
Identify and recommend creators who align with campaign goals, using both data-led tools and cultural insight to go beyond follower counts.
Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with creators, talent agents, and managers, making Truffle a partner creators want to work with.
Oversee outreach, availability checks, and day-to-day coordination with talent across all active campaigns.
Campaign Delivery:
Own the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, from briefing and contracting through to content review, publishing, and performance tracking, ensuring high standards throughout.
Write clear, compelling creative briefs that give creators the strategic direction they need while preserving their authentic voice.
Manage campaign trackers, schedules, and documentation to support efficient, organised delivery across your accounts.
Commercial & Contracts:
Lead contract negotiations, including fees, deliverables, usage rights, and licensing agreements, ensuring commercial terms are clear, compliant, and protect client interests.
Manage influencer fees, budgets, and invoice tracking with accuracy and transparency, keeping campaigns running smoothly and within scope.
Gifting, Advocacy & Events:
Develop strategic gifting frameworks for client approval, ensuring talent selection aligns with campaign objectives and prioritises strong brand affinity and advocacy potential.
Have strategic oversight on influencer selection, outreach, opt-ins, and coordination for gifting programmes, ensuring full compliance with data management protocols.
Manage event invite lists tailored to the profiles and objectives of each client activation.
Performance & Reporting:
Define success metrics and KPIs for each campaign, aligned to client objectives.
Track performance using influencer analytics platforms, produce regular reports, and translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients and the wider team.
Stay on top of emerging creators, trends, and platforms, monitoring competitor activity to ensure your recommendations remain relevant and forward-looking.
Team & Collaboration:
Take ownership of the Influencer Team’s workload, output, and professional development. Set clear priorities, manage capacity across shared campaigns, and actively invest in junior team member’s growth.
Be the point of accountability for the influencer team's delivery, quality-controlling work before it reaches clients and holding overall responsibility for campaigns being executed on time and within budget.
