Regularly featured in Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle and other international publications. The brand has been worn by icons such as Gigi Hadid, Anna Dello Russo, Katy Perry, Poppy Delevingne and Louise Roe. Stockists include Barneys, Matches, Browns, Harrods and Kirna Zabete -- to name a few.

YOSUZI seeks a highly motivated individual with sales, administration and organizational skills to join their team in Nottinghill.   You will be working closely with the CEO, and have the opportunity to gain foundational knowledge of the international trading business for fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Wholesale Management: Work alongside CEO to build and manage relationships with international accounts (Europe, Asia, USA, Middle East) for all product categories.
  • Assist in selling collections 3 times a year in the showroom or tradeshows, and via telephone/email.
  • Assisting with generating new leads and open new accounts through research and cold calling.
  • Sales Analysis Reports: create and analyse online/wholesale sales reports on a weekly/monthly
  • Work with CEO on sales projections, markdown strategies and inventory allocation.
  • Logistics & Operations Management: liaise with production team, manage wholesale and e-commerce logistics, collect deposits & payments, manage cancellations and/or late deliveries. 
  • Brand Management: perform product knowledge training sessions with accounts every season. Monitor accounts product merchandising online and in-store.
  • Oversee all daily sales activities such as processing/shipping orders, samples and maintaining high-level client communication 
  • Website (SHOPIFY) and Invoicing (XERO) Management

Requirements include:

  • BA or BS degree 
  • 1-2 Years working in wholesale/sales
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills
  • A love of research and challenges
  • Self-driven, confident, dynamic and motivated, with a devotion to fashion
  • Strong understanding of retail math, excellent in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with a small team
  • Photoshop competency is ideal but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Understanding of XERO and SHOPIFY software is a plus
