We’re looking for a new Jewellery Trainee Maker to join our fun and friendly team. The successful applicant will be part of our small production team, assisting with all aspects of jewellery making. The role will start in our new premises in Watford Junction.

We are a small but very friendly team working in a fun, creative, and informal environment. We are looking for someone who would like to become part of our Lily & Roo family!

The Role:

• Assisting with the production of all aspects of jewellery making, including: wiring, gluing, curing, and engraving.
• Making jewellery for online orders and for stock
• Working with our Head of Production and other jewellery makers to meet deadlines
• Assisting the managers with ad-hoc tasks including, stock checks, delivery checks, tidying etc
• You may also be asked to assist with packing and gift wrapping during busy periods
• You may be asked, very occasionally to help with an event outside your usual working hours like a photoshoot

• Naturally has a high attention to detail
• Can work quickly once fully trained
• Enjoys repetitive, fiddly work
• Positive attitude
• Self-driven, organised and great at managing their workload to meet deadlines

Beneficial:

• Experience working with jewellery would be great but we are willing to invest time into training the right person
