RKM Communications are looking for an experienced Junior Account Executive to join the growing team after several successful new business wins.

Based in the heart of Soho, RKM Communications is a leading PR consultancy specialising in beauty, aesthetics, and lifestyle. Since 2001 we have been generating impactful 360-degree PR campaigns for our clients by leveraging all areas of media presence, visibility, association, and profile. We position brands within their sector and with their consumer and help them establish market share and generate sales.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' beauty and wellness sector PR experience
  • In-depth PR industry knowledge gained either in-house or within an agency
  • Good organisational skills and experience managing client projects and a team
  • Experience in social media for brands, e.g. content creation, social media analysis, strategy development
  • Experience in influencer/blogger/vlogger outreach
  • Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
  • Solid press and influencer contacts
  • Natural flair for gaining coverage and helping to meet coverage targets
  • Down-to-earth attitude and a team player
  • Exemplary writing skills and ability to write creatively within press releases, news creation e-blasts, articles, and features
  • Creativity – both in proposing PR ideas as well as within ways of working
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Experience in compiling client reports
  • Experience in events management
  • Efficient and organised with excellent time management skills
