Who you are

You are a talented digital designer who is eager to learn more in the fashion retail industry. You’re passionate about all things digital; ambitious, creative and excited to learn within a supportive team of designers.

You are a natural communicator, capable of collaborating with the wider business, sharing ideas and executing them from beginning to end. You’re adaptable, showing the ability to work to deadlines and being reactive to challenges when the need arises. You have a stand-out portfolio that showcases your creativity and thought process. Experience with graphics editing tools such as Photoshop, and design software such as Figma, Sketch, XD would be preferable but will also be taught, with an understanding of digital design best practice also being beneficial.

Objectives:

  • Working in collaboration with our Digital Designer, you will execute innovative, high standard and on-brand creative design across the digital channels, including emails, website, social media and other digital touch points.
  • Work with the creative team to pitch new ideas and launch projects and tasks.
  • Understand best-practice digital design ideas to provide the customer with the optimal user experience.
  • Be open to feedback and self-development as a designer. Build upon the foundation of design skills to become a well-rounded digital designer.

What you'll be doing

General:

  • Designing and developing digital assets for email campaigns, social media, site and additional online content to engage with our audience
  • Ensure all design work is consistent with the brand identity and executed with creative flair.
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the brand, the customer and the commercial objectives when responding to briefs.
  • Stay informed of new trends and technologies, adapting to new designs and continually enhancing your design skills and knowledge.
  • Work on multiple briefs and communicate progress accurately to wider teams.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the wider creative team and key stakeholders across the business, including marketing, eCommerce and trade.

Team:

  • Work closely with the Digital Designer and wider creative team to align on concepts across email, site, social media and additional digital channels.
  • Work with the Creative Traffic Manager to correctly prioritise briefs, understand and implement amends, and deliver all work to deadline.
