  • Good knowledge of garment construction methods, finishing and printing techniques and manufacturing sewing operations including pattern making, grading and marking processes
  • A working knowledge of materials, technical fabrics and functional aspects of garments
  • Some experience of working with factories and an understanding of constraints and timescales is preferred
  • IT skills: MS Office mandatory, Adobe package – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop mandatory, Monday.com knowledge useful

  • Detail oriented with strong follow-through
  • Strong organizational skills to provide well documented products, thorough specifications, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to anticipate technical problems and to plan and implement corrective action plan
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and the management team
  • Proactive, dynamic interpersonal style, able to act between different departments in a diplomatic, non-confrontational manner.
