This is a brand new role supporting on a number of exciting projects helping Browns to deliver augmented retail experiences using pioneering retail technologies. This role will define new enhancements, exploring new technologies to support in delivering key objectives for Browns. 

The Junior Product Manager will support the day-to-day operation of all multi-channel products and work with the Product Manager on delivering the multi-channel roadmap and continuously optimise existing products. This role will work closely with key stakeholders across the business including retail, ecommerce, marketing and analytics to define, negotiate and agree priorities. You will be technically aware and commercially savvy, putting the customer at the heart of each experience.

This role will suit a proactive and confident junior product manager looking to gain exposure into multichannel projects, as well as having the opportunity to work on multiple projects. We are looking for somebody to bring fresh new ideas to our revolutionary IT & Product Team as we continue to disrupt the Tech space!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and capability gaps based on research and customer insights.
  • Adopt the 'agile' methodology in your approach to product management Lead and create user stories and acceptance criteria for the product backlog.
  • Elicit requirements from users and translate them into an actionable vision, using various methods such as workshops, interviews and user testing. 
  • Track and monitor product performance and make use of customer's qualitative and quantitative feedback to create hypothesis and inform product development priorities.
  • Work with key stakeholders on defining the priorities and continuously optimise existing products based on feedback.
  • Specify immediate and strategic improvements to products and create appropriate business cases to drive product enhancements.
  • Building strong relationships with all internal and external partners and suppliers to Browns that can ensure the successful delivery of the multichannel roadmap.
  • Work with the Senior Product Manager to shape the multi-channel product roadmap and vision.
  • Stay informed of industry news, developments and innovation, going on regular Retail Safaris.
  • Drive adoption through successful change management and operational support of launches.
