Casa de Biela is looking for a passionate Lead Designer to shape our debut collection. With Casa de Biela, your ideas won’t just sit on paper—you’ll see them materialise fast and directly influence the brand's success.

Our Ethos

At Casa de Biela, we care deeply about women’s health and well-being. All of our materials and fabrics are natural and sustainably sourced, creating beautiful and sexy lingerie pieces that are gentle on the skin (no polyester allowed!). Designed to empower, these pieces must be versatile enough to be worn under clothing or as the centrepiece of an outfit, reflecting a commitment to both elegance and comfort.

This is your chance to join a fresh business already backed by a startup accelerator, attracting investor interest and building strong connections with professionals in media, finance, and communications.

As one of the first people joining the team, your voice will matter—not just regarding design, but also in other decision-making processes on parallel like branding, content, and photography.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing timeless, innovative lingerie that evoques brand´s values.
  • Sourcing cutting-edge, natural fabrics and leveraging your knowledge of textile and fabric innovations.
  • Overseeing the entire production cycle, from sketches to prototyping to final garments.
  • Contributing to creative direction
  • Attending trade shows across Europe (travel expenses covered) to bring fresh ideas and inspiration.
  • Speaking your mind: critical thinking of processes if preferred. If you have an opinion, this is the place to voice it!

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in lingerie, high-end fashion, or sustainable design.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of textile and fabric innovations, particularly natural fabrics, and solid experience in garment production.
  • You’re ambitious, creative, and ready to thrive in a startup environment where your input has a real impact.
  • You’re skilled in trend forecasting, fabric selection, and tools like Clo 3D or Adobe Illustrator.
  • You’re adaptable and open to exploring ideas beyond design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating to build a positive, creative and forward-thinking work culture.
  • Available to start immediately

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll see your designs come to life quickly and feel the satisfaction of directly influencing a growing brand.
  • You’ll have the creative freedom to shape Casa de Biela’s identity—not just through fashion, but across brand touchpoints.
  • You’ll collaborate with a team that encourages innovation.
  • While we’re based in Spain, we’re flexible about remote work. That said, we’d love it if you were open to relocating to Madrid down the line to help grow the brand in person.
  • You’ll travel across Europe and connect with leading industry professionals.
