This role will support the Regional Logistics Coordinator across a broad and varied range of tasks including the co-ordination of deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to effectively manage the tasks assigned for multiple areas across the business, whilst delivering company projects in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities of role:

  • Organise shipments for head office: display, sample, gift, trunk show.
  • Check partner’s invoices.
  • Track and Trace shipments.
  • Manage exceptions.
  • File Claims where necessary.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents as required.
  • Is aware of and identifies external and unforeseen factors affecting performance, identifying risks and suggests actions to B&M Manager and Regional Logistics Coordinator.
  • Support the coordination of all deliveries across our zone.
  • Manage delivery notifications.
  • Liaises with Regional Logistics Coordinator to monitor the delivery process, highlighting delivery issues in order to take action and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with TWS and Retail Stock Team Lead to plan deliveries accordingly.
  • Support on all administration requirements for transfers from TWS and Point of sale. Including the filing of all invoicing related to courier companies and TWS.
  • Support with bi-annual sample sales.
  • Provides sophisticated analysis and reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Undertake other relevant duties as may be requested by the Regional Stock Team Lead and support on projects as required.
  • Build good relationships with internal and external suppliers, including the Head Office in Paris and the team based in London.
  • Works with the Buying, Merch and Logistics team to ensure all department deadlines are being met.
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent the Company professionally at all times

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous university study with some proven relevant experience in a similar position would be beneficial: Experience in international transportation (with custom knowledge), Luxury environment is preferred but is not essential.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administration and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Excel is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator & team player
  • Aadaptable and flexible.
  • Someone who uses initiative with a hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise.
