So what’s the mission of the Logistics & Operations Assistant?

“To support the Logistics & Operations Lead by overseeing and managing day-to-day tasks that drive Astrid & Miyu's omnichannel distribution and fulfilment operations.”

What are the responsibilities of this role?

• Day-to-Day management of all logistics, across inbound supplier shipments, store allocations, pop-up store shipments, and store returns via carrier trackers
• Resolve Ad-hoc queries for web order issues
• Coordinate Supplier and B2B International shipments, creating and reviewing Commercial Invoices
• Work closely with Retail teams to coordinate store shipments and develop best practice for stock keeping
• Prepare training materials for teams involved in the procurement and movement of inventory
• Coordinate stock and cycle counts and work closely with finance to reconcile stock position
• Own ad-hoc tasks such as spot check of warehouse ad-hoc charges and update product data files
• Pull SLA reports and identify areas of improvement
• Build professional relationships with Warehouse and Carrier teams

What would you like from me?

• At least 2 years’ Logistics & Operations experience in a fast-growing jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of Omnichannel Logistics and Operations - B2B, B2C, Domestic, International, Wholesale and Retail
• Experience in processing and tracking B2B shipments, providing updates to the wider business
• Experience in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, and the need to re-label, re-count, and move stock
• Experience in raising international invoices and packing lists, ensuring that all units picked, packed, shipped and delivered align.
• Experience in booking inventory into and out of the warehouse between suppliers, warehouses and retail stores
• Experience with ERP and WMS environments such as Shopify and CIN7
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
• Impeccable attention to detail and organisation skills
• Solution-driven with a problem-solving mindset
