Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the flow of inventory from suppliers to warehouses and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products across Europe and North America.
• Coordination & Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of transportation, including scheduling shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Supplier & Carrier Management: Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to manage logistics processes, negotiate rates, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely stock management.
• ERP management - raising sales orders for the receipt of stock, and all stock transfers within the ERP system
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve logistics issues, implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyse current logistics processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Logistics KPI measurement and reporting preparation - provide relevant data and reports to the operations team and management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Experience of managing stock on an ERP system across multiple stock locations is a must
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP is beneficial
