We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Co-Ordinator to join our rapidly expanding business. This role will be responsible with managing our warehouses, managing our ecommerce website and all operations for our wholesale accounts. The succesful candidate must have experience working with major wholesale accounts, such as the URBAN group; Neiman Marcus; Browns.

The role will include:

• Working with our 3PL on a daily basis to address any logistics issues that arise
• Overseeing the barcoding and addition of new stock to the 3PL
• Overseeing the onboarding of any new 3PLs in new terrorities 
• Taking responsibility for ensuring that all ecommerce orders are dispatched in a timely manner- and managing any issues that arise during the dispatch process
• Managing the dispatch of all wholesale orders in compliance with vendor manuals and ensuring the timely dispatch of all wholesale orders in compliance with seasonal shipment windows

The successful candidate:

• At least 3 years' experience in operations
• Experience working with leading stores and working in compliance with vendor manuals
• Hard-working and a self-starter
• Great attention to detail
