As the first point of contact for customers, the Mail Order & Customer Service Manager will play an essential role in delivering a warm, attentive, and seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our orders. This is a hands-on position within a small, dedicated team, offering a unique insight into the inner workings of an independent fashion brand.
Based at the Tottenham, London studio, the Mail Order & Customer Service Manager will be involved in both customer service and order processing, approaching each task with care, efficiency and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities of the Mail Order & Customer Service Manager:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and telephone
- Order processing, packing and dispatch
- Coordinating shipping and courier arrangements
- Supporting the office team in the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
- Assisting with a variety of ad hoc tasks as needed

- An understanding of shipping processes (we are using Royal Mail)
