De La Vali is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team in London.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of the brand’s digital and communications strategy across social media, email marketing and press. This is a junior-level position suited to someone creative, organised and passionate about the brand, storytelling and the marketing space. The role requires collaboration with the wider team to enhance brand visibility, strengthen audience engagement and support seasonal campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator

Social Media & Content Support:

• Manage marketing calendar across all channels aligned with collection launches and brand campaigns
• Content management across stills, graphics and video
• Post regularly across all social channels, ensuring content is on-brand and engaging 
• Edit content tailored to each platform, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. 
• Community Management. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.  
• Maintain consistent and strong brand storytelling across all platforms
• Support external agency with marketing calendar and content 

Email Marketing 

• Assist in designing and writing campaign emails using Klaviyo 
• Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including new collection launches, promotions, and editorial content alongside our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager 
• Contribute creative ideas for newsletters and promotional emails that align with the brand tone, seasonal calendar and marketing objectives 

Press & Influencer Support:

• Support with seasonal press outreach and sample send-outs
• Manage and maintain the seasonal press drive (Dropbox), ensuring all brand assets are up to date and easily accessible
• Manage and maintain seasonal lookbooks & stylist documents 
• Reach out to both short-lead and long-lead press contacts to seasonal assets 
• Research and maintain a press and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) contact list 
• Assist with developing and managing a gifting programme
• Work closely with Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager on our affiliates programme and strategy 

What De La Vali is looking for:

• Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and Figma
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and email marketing platforms 
• Good visual eye and knowledge of social trends 
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail 
• Experience with Klaviyo is a plus
• Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude 
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
