HOMETAINMENT seeks a dynamic, organised, proactive, creative Marketing & Sales Assistant adept at managing multiple tasks, from creating visually compelling content to supporting sales initiatives and assisting with event logistics.

Working in a creative, dynamic environment with a passionate team, the successful applicant will be working across marketing and sales functions with an emphasis on B2B and D2C outreach, event coordination, and a strong focus on social media strategy, planning, content creation and management.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop social media calendars and monitor analytics to optimize content and engagement.
  • Collaborate on creative direction for photos, videos, and campaigns that align with our brand identity.

Sales Support & B2B Outreach:

  • Assist in identifying potential B2B partnerships and lead outreach efforts to prospective corporate clients.
  • Support both B2B and D2C sales initiatives, helping to nurture leads and contribute to sales targets.
  • Assist in the creation and design of sales and marketing decks to support pitches and presentations.

Content Creation & Creative Direction:

  • Lead content creation efforts, including graphic design, photography, and videography, especially for event coverage and social media.
  • Coordinate event videography and photography to capture impactful moments that resonate with our audience and promote our services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by attending and promoting HOMETAINMENT at trade shows and networking events.

Events:

  • Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly.
  • Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and managing suppliers and HOMEtainers as needed.

Operations & Database Management:

  • Manage CRM and database, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain backend edits on the website and organize assets in Google Drive.
  • Clean up and organize the CRM system, maintaining efficiency and accuracy in data.

Copywriting:

  • Draft compelling copy for marketing materials, emails, social media posts, and event promotions.
  • Ensure all written communication aligns with HOMETAINMENT’s tone of voice and brand values.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' social media and content creation experience, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and brand alignment.
  • Graphic design skills (Illustrator, Canva, or similar) and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to write engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, website backends, and database management is a plus
  • Event coordination experience is a plus
