Are you a dynamic, self-starter looking for a challenging role that offers lucrative earning potential in an exciting industry? We are a young, vibrant team with a relaxed corporate culture, currently seeking highly motivated media sales executives to join our expanding sales team.

We are a branding and marketing agency helping young beauty and lifestyle brands make the most of their Instagram and online marketing by helping them with product photography, Instagram content/branding, Influencer marketing as well as print and online magazine features.

To excel in this role you will be a driven, proactive and efficient individual who is focused on KPIs. This is a great role for tenacious and a strong relationship builder with interest in social media, influencer marketing or beauty and lifestyle marketing.

Key functions and responsibilities include:

  • Daily sales calls to prospects booked into your calendar
  • Close the sale and pass these clients to our implementation team using our CRM system
  • Depending on the outcome of the call, you will be required to update and maintain each prospect’s record 
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on the industry and regularly research competitors (magazines, websites, celebrities/Influencers, TV etc)

 
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to self-manage 
  • Prior experience in a B2B phone sales role will be a plus
  • Experience in online/influencer marketing will be a plus

  • Flexible work hours
  • Work from the comfort of your home, with full support and work tools provided
  • £20,000 base + uncapped commission estimated at £20,000

 
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your drive for personal revenue generation. Earning of up to £40K (including OTE) is expected if you have a “whatever it takes” attitude to exceed targets which will increase your monthly earnings with our uncapped commission structure.
