No Uniform is looking for an experienced Product Developer to support the team on a project-by-project basis.  This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working across a variety of development projects and can quickly integrate into existing teams and processes.

This is a freelance or project-based rolling contract position with an immediate start.  The role is primarily site-based and is not suitable for remote or hybrid working.

Contract Structure:

• Flexible project-based engagement tailored to workload requirements
• Freelance arrangement with invoicing, or project-based rolling contract
• Potential for ongoing collaboration subject to project pipeline and business needs

Responsibilities of the Product Developer:

• Support product development from design handover through sampling and production
• Create and update BOMs, tech packs and development documents
• Source fabrics, trims and development components
• Communicate with suppliers and factories regarding samples, costing and development
• Review samples, measurements and construction details
• Assist with fittings, amendments and approvals
• Monitor development timelines and highlight risks proactively
• Support the team during peak workload periods and project launches

What No Uniform is looking for:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Product Developer within fashion or corporate wear
• Available at least 4 days per week, or full-time during busy development periods
• Strong Zedonk and Excel skills
• Strong garment construction and manufacturing knowledge
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Experience working directly with suppliers and factories
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience across both menswear and womenswear is a plus
