Coco de Mer is seeking a Merchandiser in Primrose Hill, London, to manage the commercial performance and end-to-end buying across Lingerie, Toys, Bondage and Intimate Play.

This role owns trading, range planning, supplier management and stock performance, ensuring products move smoothly from buy through to delivery and customer fulfilment.  Working closely with the CEO and Designer, the Merchandiser plays a key role in driving growth, protecting margin and supporting the brand’s luxury positioning.

What Coco de Mer is looking for:

  • Strong merchandising, buying or planning experience
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
  • Confident managing suppliers and negotiating costs
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable in a small, hands-on team
  • Collaborative and able to work closely with Design and CEO
  • Merchandising, buying or planning experience from a small founder-led luxury brand is a plus.
