Bravissimo is looking for a Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser to join the team in Leamington Spa.
This is a hybrid role working in the head office with some home working.
Merchandising at Bravissimo
Our Merchandising team play a key role in analysing sales information to help them decide what stock to buy, in what sizes and what quantities. You will work closely with our Buying team to plan product ranges for our stores and website and you will work closely with our Supply team to ensure that stock is delivered at the right time and to the right places.
What the Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser will be doing:
Accountable alongside the Buying team to collaboratively plan and build ranges, ensuring the ranges are strategic, balanced and in line with business stock initiatives/buy budgets/top line strategy at both total and individual size level.
Providing detailed and insightful analysis on stock and sales, sharing this widely and communicating learnings clearly and effectively
Ensure that you proactively seek feedback from our customer-facing teams in respect of yours and your team’s areas of responsibility as a key part of the governance of your function and of your team’s performance
Supporting, coaching and mentoring the direct reports in your team which consists of a Junior Merchandiser and an Assistant Merchandiser, whilst also reporting into a Head of Merchandising
What Bravissimo is looking for:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Merchandising
A curious mindset, unwavering drive, and a high aptitude for picking up new information.
Ability to think logically with a questioning approach, whilst having strong attention to detail and being highly organised
Our culture is agile and pacey, and you should be motivated by an environment where things can change quickly
Fantastic communication skills are a must as you will be working with a number of different teams.
A Fashion/Clothing background is a plus
