People Marketing is recruiting for an experienced, proactive Womenswear Merchandiser to join an established international clothing manufacturer in Kentish Town, London.

Based within a busy head office, the Merchandiser will manage key accounts and form part of a dynamic, multi-functional team driving the design, development, and production of multi-category womenswear. 

This is a full-time role offering hybrid working, a comprehensive benefits package, and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

Merchandiser – Responsibilities:

• Planning factory capacity ahead of each season
• Managing production from order placement through to delivery
• Building strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communication
• Liaising daily with buying offices and global factories
• Creating and managing critical paths, delivery schedules, and order books
• Driving timely approvals and resolving issues before they impact launch
• Working closely with fabric mills on pricing, bookings, and delivery timelines

Merchandiser – The Person:

• Proven experience in a supplier-based merchandising or production role
• Degree educated
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation ability
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Proactive, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels
• Experience with high-volume supermarket or fashion accounts would be advantageous.
