J'adore Models is looking for an experienced Women's Model Agent with a proven track record of excellent client/talent management and booking performance to join our London office.

Key Responsibilities of the Model Agent:

• Manage a diverse roster of models, providing expertise, guidance and development to maximise potential for work and long-term success.
• Manage a dedicated client roster, offering expertise and providing excellent service.
• Outreach to build new client relations.
• Use data-led strategies to work alongside all 360° departments in promoting talent and opportunity spotting.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a model agent
• Can-do positive attitude
