Flow Model Management is looking for an experienced Model Booker to join the agency in Victoria, London.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing model bookings across runway, editorial, and international work, all while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the industry.

The role offers flexible hours with the option to work from home once a week.

Key Responsibilities of the Model Booker:

  • Manage day-to-day bookings, castings, and client communications
  • Negotiate rates, usage, and contractual terms
  • Develop models’ careers within the fashion market
  • Coordinate schedules, travel, and logistics
  • Support business development and client growth

What Flow Model Management is looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a modelling agency
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
