Nevs is looking for a driven, highly organised, experienced Model Booker to join our Women's New Faces team in Hammersmith, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to continue to build a career in model management, working closely with emerging talent and playing a key role in shaping the next generation of models.

Reporting directly to the Head of Division, the successful applicant will support the development and management of new faces while also securing commercial opportunities, building on existing client relationships and bringing in new business.  This role offers a unique balance of creative input, talent development, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What the Model Booker will be doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day management and development of models across New Faces and Image boards
• Scouting, reviewing submissions, and identifying new talent
• Coordinating test shoots, digitals, and development activities
• Building relationships with models and supporting their early career growth
• Working on commercial opportunities for new faces, including e-commerce and brand clients
• Pitching talent to clients and preparing model packages
• Supporting international placements and communication with partner agencies
• Providing organisational support during key periods such as Fashion Week
• Actively contributing to the commercial growth of the board by identifying and developing booking opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, casting directors, and industry contacts
• Negotiating bookings, usage, and fees where required
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, clients, and market shifts to inform talent strategy
• Maintaining accurate records, contracts, and administrative processes
