PRM Agency is looking for a Model Scout (London Street-to-Runway) to join the London team.

We aren’t looking for someone to sit in an office scrolling through Instagram. We want the person who is already out there—on the streets of Soho, at a skatepark in Southbank, or in the crowds at Dalston—who sees a stranger and immediately thinks, "They belong on the Burberry runway" or "That’s an Alexander McQueen face." 

The Profile

You are likely a photographer or a creative who already uses the London streets as your studio. You have a "photographer’s eye" for bone structure, unique movement, and that indefinable "it" factor that transforms a regular person into a high-fashion editorial presence.

What the Model Scout will be doing:

• Active Street Scouting: Identify and approach potential talent in real-world environments across London.
• High-Fashion Curation: Source faces that fit the aesthetic of heritage British luxury (think classic Burberry) and avant-garde edge (McQueen).
• Initial Vetting: Assess a candidate's confidence, proportions, and suitability for the grueling pace of fashion weeks.
• Imagery: Use your photography skills to take quick, high-quality "digitals" (natural shots) that showcase a scouted model's raw potential to our booking team.
• Follow-ups: check up on models, coming to the agency for appointment and updates

Requirements of the Model Scout:

• The Eye: Proven ability to spot high-fashion potential before it’s polished. You understand current runway trends and the "types" in demand by top-tier agencies.
• The Approach: You must be professional, approachable, and able to represent the agency with integrity. You know how to explain the industry to a "new face" and their family (if under 18) clearly and safely. 
• London Native: Deep knowledge of London’s hubs—from high-traffic shopping districts to the niche creative corners. 
• Photography Background: Highly preferred. Experience in street style or portrait photography is a major plus.
