Invoya Models seeks a proactive, detail-orientated Model Scout to identify, evaluate, and recruit new modeling talent for our agency.

Responsibilities include scouting talent in person and online, assessing suitability for different markets, managing outreach, and supporting new recruits through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively scout for potential models through events, social media, and networking.
• Evaluate candidates against agency standards and client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective talent and industry contacts.
• Collaborate with the agency team on casting decisions and talent development.
• Provide guidance and support to new models during the recruitment process.
