ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining the Development and New Face board
  • Booking models for test shoots, editorials and jobs including fashion shows
  • Proactive in driving and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and new testing photographers and creatives
  • Taking digitals of models
  • Communicating in person and email with young talent with parents and guardians (if applicable)
  • Scouting the next generation of models

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in a talent/model agency
  • Excellent communication, admin and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong interest in fashion and the modelling industry with a keen eye for diverse talent
  • A team player but self-motivated and results-driven
