We're looking for someone to help us handle operations at both our office and warehouse, ideally someone who has strong organisation and time management skills alongside the willingness and ability to wear many hats on the job.

The role:

  • Liaising closely with wholesale manager in ensuring delivery of new season collections, managing stock levels, processing re-orders, and handling staff training and promotional materials
  • Working as the direct contact with our warehouse team to maintain smooth running of operations from order fulfilment to managing stock inventory and packaging
  • Acting as the representative of the brand in answering customer queries and issues, and addressing bespoke orders
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the company website to optimise customer journey and user experience, and relay feedback to our web development team
  • Assisting in updating website with new content from imagery to copywriting, in line with the brand's aesthetic
  • Monitoring and analysing web traffic, and providing monthly reports to digital marketing team
Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Shopify and Mailchimp platforms. Mintsoft and Gempages are a plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion and keen interest in the luxury fashion industry
  • Ability to work and learn proactively as we are a small team that gets involved in major company events from shoots, press days, new season launches, pop-up events etc.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically both independently and within a team
