Key Accountabilities:

  • This is a hands-on role, central to the management of content, navigation, and execution of brand collateral across Radley’s own websites.
  • Highly collaborative this role sits across all areas of web operations and as such works with all areas of the business to keep onsite content up to date, SEO friendly and fully optimised with a particular focus/accountability for the launch of products, execution of content and user experience in line with Marketing and Merchandising initiatives
  • Oversee set up of the seasonal web range plan and the management of all critical information for the PDPs including, product copy, imagery, and attribution; working with relevant teams across the business to ensure this information is correct, optimised and delivered within agreed timelines
  • Support the development of the Product & Content assistant to improve and enhance the product upload process across our ecommerce channels including marketplace platforms
  • Managing and optimising the navigation structure across channels/devices, ensuring this is reviewed regularly
  • Work with the Trading Executive and the Product & Content assistant to effectively merchandise products on the site(s) including additional content and product guides
  • Manage the process and go live of all onsite promotions and end of season sale. This to include price changes, promotional code set up, content changes, set up and VM of PLP and product badges, to ensure a successful launch
  • Work alongside Online Trading Manager to plan and deliver home / landing pages and update other content at relevant times throughout the season e.g. category banners, store pages, T’s & C’s page/help pages, stockists
  • Perform daily site walks, ensuring all pages on the site(s) are up to date and correct, testing to identify any issues or opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Support the Digital Campaign manager to optimise all launches and initiatives, briefing in additional content to maximise the potential of the CMS to deliver a world class customer experience
  • Partner with the Product Owner and development agency to continually improve the platform, test and deliver new initiatives
  • Assist with the creation of ecommerce reports and presentations, supporting the trading manager with meeting the departments KPIs
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Person Spec

  • Proficient knowledge of Magento 1 and/or 2 essential
  • Knowledge of AEM or other CMS advantageous
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
  • Knowledge, interest and understanding of the fashion industry
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and hands-on, with the ability to work under pressure
  • A strong team player with a positive outlook, happy to help where needed
  • An organized multitasker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Business and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive
  • Analytical and digital savvy with a data driven approach
  • Quality-centric with great attention to detail
