The showroom is located in the converted loft of a charming historic church hall in the iconic Notting Hill neighbourhood of London.

Fashion Operation Manager Job in Notting Hill, West London at vintage-inspired & trend-led contemporary label.

This is an extremely attractive role for an experienced candidate who is passionate about fashion and would be interested to join a fast growing and international team.

The main roles and responsibilities involved are:

1. Wholesale Operations 

  • Work closely with the wholesale team to manage wholesale order processing 
  • Issue invoices and credit notes to wholesale customers
  • Coordination with logistic partners and suppliers to oversee successful order fulfilment
  • Manage stock swaps and returns
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers

2. Warehouse Management   

  • Oversee warehouse operations and processes
  • Manage the warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment team
  • Manage stock audit procedures and inventory adjustments in ERP system

3. Accounts and Reporting

  • Sales analysis and management reporting to the CEO    
  • Inventory accounting, receipts and transfers
  • Approval of supplier payables (logistics / purchases)

The skills and profile we are looking for are:

  • 3 year or more experience in a relevant operations position with strong knowledge of accounting, receivable and payables, ideally in a fashion business
  • Demonstrable experience of managing teams and coordinating tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of inventory accounting, stock movements and adjustments
  • Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English
  • Fluency in additional European languages is an advantage.
  •  Well organised and effective person with good time management and prioritisation skills
  • A self-starter and motivated person, who can demonstrate initiative and able to work independently when needed
  • A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic and international environment
  • Eager to take responsibilities and take initiative
  • Salary: competitive and based on experience
