Nylander Couture is currently working with new and exciting premium menswear, unisex, and womenswear partners that are in the early stages of building their label and working with us as a team.  Therefore, the business is looking for an Operations Manager interested in joining and growing on this fun, challenging journey. 

What the Operations Manager will be doing:

• Overseeing small and large tasks
• Coordinating internal and external meetings
• Work on making production schedules.
• Work on our in-house to-do list.
• Help order fabric and trimmings for collections.
• Develop and maintain relationships between suppliers and designers.
• Manage multiple team members.

What Nylander Couture is looking for...

Required:

• Good understanding of written and spoken English
• Great people skills, shrewd business sense and interest in dealing with initial briefs
• Good Excel knowledge
• Good understanding of the fashion business, but not necessarily having worked in fashion.

Beneficial:

• Knowledge of Dropbox and Microsoft Teams
