Many Many Clothes seeks a part-time Operations & Marketing Assistant to join the team in London.

Key Responsibilities

Operations:

• Central point for warehouse queries and logistics
• Accurately forecast packaging and re-order to ensure the warehouse has sufficient stock.
• Check and QC all deliveries from suppliers 
• Ensure website sizing is accurate (liaise with supplier in advance to check samples)
• Ensure the returns process is fit for purpose 
• Manage inventory and ordering process 
• Understand why customers are returning items and develop plans to reduce returns

Marketing & Commercial:

• Agree the sales and financial targets for the year.
• Agree & execute marketing plans to hit forecasts.
• Lead email and text marketing initiatives (experience of Klaviyo and customer flows)
• Tik Tok business suite management 
• Identify influencers worldwide and manage the gifting process
• Help with launch plan for Australia
• Help with organising pop-ups and events
• Analyse sales to identify quick and slow-moving stock and create plans to manage
• Develop plans for new product launches (including notification of imminent launches)

Finance & Administration:

• Check progress against sales and financial targets on a weekly/monthly basis
• Basic bookkeeping using Xero & Hub Doc
• Ensure website Q&As and business policies are up to date
