Our client seeks a creative, enthusiastic, highly organised Organic Social Media Manager with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation strategies, and community management best practices to join their growing team.
Utilising proven ability to grow and engage audiences organically, the Organic Social Media Manager will be the voice of our brands across various social media platforms, crafting engaging content that fosters meaningful connections and builds thriving online communities.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Group’s overarching marketing strategy, brand identity and business goals.
Identify target audience segments and tailor content to engage and grow these communities.
Content Creation and Management:
Create, design, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (Including by not exclusive to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.).
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
Collaborate with ambassadors and influencers to produce compelling visuals and videos.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Foster a positive and supportive online community by encouraging user-generated content and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
Prepare regular reports on social media insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the senior team and sales team to align social media efforts with broader company campaigns and initiatives.
Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and impact.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with new features and platforms to keep Group at the forefront of social media innovation.
What you’ll need to succeed as an Organic Social Media Manager:
3 years' experience working on brand social media accounts, preferably within an agency or similar creative environment
Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns
Proficient with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure performance with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to drive strategy
Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
Excellent visual storytelling abilities and experience with graphic design tools
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Excellent communicator and team player.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
