The Packaging Fulfilment Assistant
The role is primarily focussed on one of the key personalisation disciplines of gift wrapping. You will report into the Fulfilment Manager, and play a vital role within the production team assisting with a wide variety of UV Paint focused responsibilities, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
A day in the life of a Packaging Fulfilment Assistant:
Beautifully packaging products, constructing hampers, and collating gift boxes, demonstrating creative flair and attentiveness.
Being hands-on and getting stuck in as part of a dynamic team, ready to demonstrate a range of practical skills from unpacking boxes to assisting couriers with deliveries.
Impeccable eye for detail, focussed on perfecting tasks and bringing any potential errors within production to the attention of the management team.
You will pack and create labels for all parcels you pack, making sure your eye for detail extends to the very last moment. Ensuring all customer details are correct to facilitate seamless shipping.
Helping the team fulfil all gifting requirements, including keeping the workspace organised, neat and tidy in order for all day to day tasks to run smoothly.
This is a task-focused role that requires strong practical skills with an emphasis on efficiency and time management. The role demands a knack for remaining cool-headed under pressure, thriving within a team and owning independent tasks and learning. As well as being conscientious and detail oriented.
We require a high level finish and flawless attention to presentation as we maintain a very high level of standards for our clients and output.

Days: Monday - Friday + weekends
Hours: Fluctuates depending on demand — We anticipate high levels of work and are looking for people ready to commit. Most weeks will be at a minimum of 32 hours, but this is subject to change with more or fewer hours..
