Overview of the Paid Media Executive

The Paid Media Executive will report to the Senior Paid Search Manager and assist them in executing the Paid Search strategy in Boden’s core markets of the UK, US and Germany, as well as several newly expanding global markets. This role will cover activity across all Google surfaces, including Search, Shopping, and YouTube.

The Paid Media Executive will be the bridge between data and creativity. While you’ll be hands-on with campaign builds, optimisation, and performance analysis, you’ll also be instrumental in developing our YouTube strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams to iterate high-performing ad concepts, ensuring our content feels unmistakably Boden.

The successful candidate will join our dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Marketing team, playing a key role in helping millions of people discover Boden and become loyal customers. You'll contribute to Boden's outstanding success by creating inspiring, engaging, and high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.

What the Paid Media Executive will do:

• Day-to-day execution of Paid Media, including creative optimisation, copy testing, audience optimisation and channel reporting.
• Deliver weekly reporting to internal stakeholders that moves beyond numbers to provide clear "So What?" insights and actionable next steps.
• Assist the Paid Media Manager in creating insight feedback loops with Product and Creative departments, ensuring creative learnings are integrated into future asset production.
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale Google through a rigorous testing framework.
• Working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the Brand, Product, Analytics, Finance, and IT to ensure optimal Paid Search performance.

What Boden is looking for:

• Experience managing Paid Search campaigns, either brand or agency side.
• Hands-on experience within Google Ad Manager, experience with any other marketing platforms is a plus.
• An analytical mindset – comfortable navigating data to find trends and confident using Excel/Google Sheets.
• A hunger and enthusiasm to learn quickly, develop and contribute to a growth-oriented performance marketing team.
• Excellent multi-tasker who takes pride in accuracy and flawless execution.
• Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
• A keen eye for an opportunity, with a natural commercial curiosity.
• A proactive communicator, comfortable sharing your ideas and results with stakeholders at all levels.
