About: We're ASOS. We blend our flair for fashion with our love of cutting- edge technology, but more importantly were interested in how we can bring the best out of you.
We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you're free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.
As a Partner Programme Administrator, you'll play a key role in onboarding new Brand Partners to the ASOS Flexible Fulfilment Programmes, helping them get set up for success on the ASOS platform. Youll provide essential admin support to the Programme Team, working cross-functionally to manage samples, maintain onboarding critical paths, and ensure a smooth and efficient setup before handing over to the Account Management team post-launch.
The team sits across both ASOS Partner Fulfilment (where partners fulfil customer orders directly using their own logistics network) and ASOS Fulfilment Services (where partners send stock to ASOS warehouses and benefit from our global logistics network). Together, these models offer scalable, flexible fulfilment options that support growth while delivering a seamless ASOS experience.
Your work will directly support the growth and optimisation of this key strategic programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Programme Manager and Associate in building strong working relationships with new Brand Partners, acting as a key point of contact for onboarding queries
Deliver training and guidance to new partners on ASOS commercial ways of working
Create and manage onboarding critical paths to ensure timelines are met and partners are launch-ready
Monitor Article Status Reports to maximise product visibility and resolve any issues ahead of launch
Set up new brands and size groups within the merchandising system
Provide consistent administrative support - keeping trackers, reports, and shared files up to date
Take part in the ASOS Commercial Academy to build your knowledge and develop key commercial skills
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. Thats why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. Its a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
