Working with Womenswear & Bridal we specialise in fine fabrics such as silks, sequins & prints and offer pattern cutting services to fit the Clients need as well as we have vast knoledge of garment finishes, construction and quality.

Phosphenes of London, a busy production and development studio, is looking for a Pattern Cutter to join the team in Dulwich, London.  The role involves working on new developments and Bespoke pieces for our Clients.

Suitable applicants will have the ability to see proportion and a good fit, create garments to specific measurements, and fit and alter patterns.

What Phosphenes of London is looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years' pattern cutting experience
  • Experienced in draping and fitting Samples, Bridal and Bespoke
  • Knowledge of draping, fittings and alterations
  • A good eye for shape, proportion and being able to alter existing patterns
  • English speaking
  • Tailoring experience is a plus
