Responsibilities:
- Creating first patterns for our products (bottoms, bras, period underwear and swimwear) based on designers’ sketches and tech packs
- Using Lectra (Modaris or similar) for construction lines, seam allowances, and annotations
- Creating grading rules across sizes, considering body measurements, fabric stretch, and garment consistency
- Conducting fit sessions on mannequins and making adjustments for style, fabric, and production methods
- Supporting sampling and production by reviewing prototypes, providing technical feedback, and ensuring patterns are production-ready
- Maintaining organized pattern libraries and digital archives for all products
- Collaborating with design, product development, and suppliers
Profile:
- At least 3 years' experience in pattern making for underwear, bras, swimwear or period products
- Proficiency with Lectra, Modaris or equivalent
- Very good understanding of grading rules across sizes, taking into account body measurements, fabric stretch, and garment consistency
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong organisational skills
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with design, product development, and suppliers to ensure products meet both aesthetic and functional standards
- Fluency in English
- German or Czech language skills are a plus
