About: Dollhouse Fashions Ltd is a well-established Hackney based Fashion company with over 15 years experience in the womenswear high volume market. We have recently expanded our company to include two brands which focus on Womenswear and Accessories, in the high-end market.

The Personal Assistant will provide administration support to the Director in an organised manner and to maintain a polished and friendly attitude.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the Director by helping to organise their schedule as well as personal matters. You should be comfortable managing several tasks at once, have exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure. It will be expected of you to be able to proof read, respond to and manage emails from the email account, responding to emails daily making sure no emails are left unread or responded to. You should be able to manage the agenda of appointments and keep on top of a variety of admin tasks for example, arranging meetings and making/returning phone calls. Finally you should be capable of providing help with any HR tasks as well as assisting with other fashion related tasks such as; arranging shoots or liaising with stylists, photographers, studios, modeling agencies, models etc. 

Key Roles:

  • Make appointments, book meetings, and general diary management.
  • Liaising between the team, buyers & suppliers.
  • Assist clients and customers on the phone and take messages to pass to relevant teams.
  • Respond to Managing Directors Letter/Emails, writing to a professional standard.
  • A need to operate in a structured manner to achieve goals, but flexible enough to understand the day-to-day fluidity.
  • Note taking in-office meetings.
  • Assist other teams when workload required and assist with other duties or responsibilities as directed by the firm.

Skills / Experience:

  • At least 2 years' PA experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & prioritise work
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Organisational skills and ability to multi task
  • Interest in & knowledge of the fashion industry, is prefered but not required
