Le Grey is seeking a highly motivated PR Assistant to support the team across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited:

  • Manage sample and image requests
  • Collate and distribute mailers 
  • Clip and send editorial & social media coverage
  • Collate and rename seasonal assets
  • Help with influencer seeding
  • Assist with monthly reports
  • Cultivate new and existing press relationships at target publications
  • Support the team with all day-to-day press activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion journalism or communications 
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work independently 
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
