Crescent Agency is a boutique PR & Communications agency working with clients in Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle brands. Our work spans media relations, brand storytelling, events, and digital comms.

We’re a creative and results-driven team, and we’re looking for a reliable part-time PR Assistant to support day-to-day client activities and agency operations in Piccadilly, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior PR professional to work with exciting clients and take on genuine responsibility in a flexible part-time role, working closely with the PR Coordinator and Director to deliver campaigns, secure coverage, and ensure our clients' satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the PR Assistant:

  • Keep the showroom in shape and manage the samples and VM.
  • Maintain and update press/media lists.
  • Draft and proofread press releases, pitches, and media materials.
  • Support media outreach and journalist pitching.
  • Track, monitor, and compile press coverage reports.
  • Assist with content creation (social media posts, blogs, newsletters).
  • Provide admin support on events, launches, and day-to-day account work.
  • Conduct research for campaign planning and competitor analysis.

What Crescent Agency is looking for:

  • At least 1 year of PR, communications, or marketing experience (intern-level work included)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence to liaise with journalists and media contacts.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and deliver against deadlines.
  • Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury.
  • Familiarity with PR tools, e.g., Canva, Microsoft, and Google systems, is a plus.
