We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented PR Coordinator eager to grow within a fast-moving agency environment.  This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond pure execution, take on responsibility, and develop into a confident, client-facing team member.

What the PR Coordinator will be doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts across fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, stylists, and influencers
• Drafting press materials, including releases, pitches, and media communications
• Managing sample send-outs, returns, and ensuring smooth showroom operations
• Supporting the planning and execution of press days, launches, and activations
• Monitoring coverage and assisting with reporting and client updates
• Working closely with the team to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly
• Taking initiative to support the team and continuously improve internal processes

What Crescent Agency is looking for:

• At least 1 year's experience in PR (agency or in-house)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• An interest in fashion, media, and brand storytelling
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• PR experience within fashion, lifestyle, or culture is a plus
