Trébol is looking for a talented, commercially aware Women’s Print Designer with experience designing for modern premium brands.  Suitable applicants will have a strong understanding of print development for both placement and repeat designs, with a refined aesthetic ideal for a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders to develop original prints for collection capsules and drops.
• Research current and future trends across colour, print and surface design
• Develop original artwork and repeat prints suitable for RTW and swimwear fabrics
• Create moodboards and design proposals aligned with brand direction
• Produce accurate artwork files ready for factory production
• Manage colourways, print scaling and placement specifications per garment
• Liaise with the design team to ensure print execution matches collection themes

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a print designer within womenswear
• Strong portfolio demonstrating refined print direction and commercial awareness
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of colour, print repeat, placement and fabric application
• Ability to develop technical print packs for manufacturers
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Swim/resortwear experience is a plus
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands is a plus
