Overview of the Producer & Content Operations Manager:
The Producer & Content Operations Manager is responsible for turning creative ideas into reality.
Own production, project management, shoot logistics, content operations, publishing workflows, and execution.
The operational backbone of the creative team.
Ensure that ideas move efficiently from concept to execution and that content gets planned, captured, edited, delivered, and published on time.

Responsibilities of the Producer & Content Operations Manager
Shoot Production:
Own end-to-end production for campaign, social, UGC, influencer, and brand shoots
Build timelines, call sheets, schedules, and production plans
Ensure that we maintain a general shoot production and resources checklist, as well as one specific to each shoot
Ensure that shoot suitcases are packed and unpacked in a timely manner, leaving nothing behind
Source and manage locations, talent, creators, HMUAs, stylists, assistants, photographers, videographers, and crew
Negotiate supplier rates and manage budgets
Ensure shoots run smoothly, on time, and on budget
Shoot Execution:
Act as operational lead on set
Manage timelines and crew
Ensure that there is adequate and sufficient food and beverages on set
Ensure all required assets are captured
Anticipate production issues and solve problems proactively
Support the Brand & Creative Lead in bringing concepts to life
Lead Communications and be the go-to person on set
Event Production:
Produce and execute 3 Big Sample Sales every year, in different countries
Plan and produce Monthly Community Events alongside our Community Manager
Plan and execute Brand Trips with the KAI team
Content Operations:
Build and maintain content calendars
Manage content workflows from planning through publication
Maintain content libraries and asset organisation
Ensure launch content is prepared and delivered on time
Publishing & Delivery:
Coordinate editing workflows
Manage content approvals
Schedule and publish content where required
Ensure content is delivered according to plan
Creator & UGC Production:
Organise creator shoots and content capture
Source and coordinate creators
Manage content collection and delivery
Reporting:
Track content delivery and production timelines
Monitor operational performance
Identify execution bottlenecks
Report regularly on production efficiency and content delivery
What Kai Collective is looking for:
At least 5 years' experience in shoot and content production
Demonstrable experience improving or transforming content
Strong portfolio of campaign work showing concept development and execution
Strong hands-on content creation skills with demonstrated ability to shoot and edit high-quality short-form video
Clear understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and social-native filming techniques
Experience managing shoot production end-to-end, including budgeting and supplier negotiation
Confident running of shots and taking control of environments, timelines, and teams
Portfolio must include examples of self-shot content, not only large campaign work
London-based and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Strong creative taste and a clear point of view
Experience leading a campaign and content strategies at a fashion, beauty, or culture-led brand
Excited by messy environments and know how to bring order
Able to balance ambition with commercial awareness
Feel responsible for outcomes, not tasks
Comfortable making decisions and taking control of creative environments
