Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the ecommerce range plan, keeping it updated with delivery dates, allocations, shoot dates, imagery status, category alignment, prices etc., for all markets, working closely with the production and merchandising teams
  • Ensure product launches across our ecommerce channels, including marketplace platforms, are optimised with all product information and imagery ready for agreed launch dates.
  • Keep internal stock sheets and systems up to date, working closely with the merchandising and production teams on product availability and deliveries
  • Ensure all available stock is online across appropriate channels and all ecommerce teams are regularly updated on product availability including keeping core product lines within agreed availability KPIs
  • Perform daily site walks to identify any issues or opportunities to improve product conversion, working alongside the Content Executive to effectively merchandise the site(s)
  • Handle all customer service enquiries across ecommerce, updating product information based on customer care feedback/enquiries
  • Assist with testing and development of new ecommerce development initiatives as required
  • Assist the Content Executive with the upload of promotions and end of season sale.

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of Magento
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
  • Knowledge, interest and understanding of the fashion industry
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and hands-on, with the ability to work under pressure
  • A strong team player with a positive outlook, happy to help where needed
  • An organized multitasker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Business and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive
  • Analytical and digital savvy with a data-driven approach
  • Quality-centric with great attention to detail

Beneficial:

  • Knowledge of AEM or similar CMS advantageous
  • Marketplace experience is useful but not essential
