Club L is excited to be recruiting a Product Admin Assistant who will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the wider Product Department, including Design, Garment Tech, Production and Merchandising.  This role would suit those from a merchandising, buying, product/account management background at admin/assistant level.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Product Manager with ownership of the product system, including uploading new styles and collections, inputting dates correctly, staying on top of errors and amends, ensuring correct product attribution and processing cancellations
  • Ensuring data accuracy with all product systems/sheets
  • Managing the end-to-end product critical path and communicating with product departments (design, garment tech, merch, production) to ensure deadlines are met
  • Managing the collection display tunnel to ensure it is up to date for all aspects of the production journey, from initial mood boards to collection sign-offs
  • Managing range plans – uploading new styles, keeping track of colours and fabrics (amending where needed), uploading tech packs
  • Acting as the main point of contact with the merchandising team for any updates and general queries
  • Supporting the wider business with any product related queries, including from the creative and ecommerce teams (as well as the Product Department)
  • Work with the Product Manager and Design Team on fashion trends, catwalk analysis and maximising opportunities
  • Conducting competitor research and analysis
  • All administrative duties for the Product Manager – product summaries, excel documents to share with product teams for updates/changes
  • Support on wholesale account management admin where needed
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers where needed

Requirements:

  • Experience within a retail/ecommerce environment
  • Lover of all things fashion, passionate about product and interested in staying up to date with trends
  • Excellent management and organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
  • Able to communicate effectively with different teams/individuals and maintain positive relationships
  • Confident Excel user at intermediate level (pivot tables, VLookUp etc)
