This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Luxury swimwear fashion brand MELISSA ODABASH. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated team player to join us in our Head Office in London, working alongside the Development & Production team.  We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible for this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

Production Orders:

  • Daily communication with European, Indian and Chinese suppliers.
  • Liaising with the Italian production team to generate fabric and trim production orders.
  • Managing all manufacturer production orders.
  • Chasing delivery dates for all production orders, sending invoices to accounts.
  • Overseeing the production schedule coordinating with factories to ensure delivery schedule and critical path are adhered to.
  • Ordering all branded labelling for the season. Generating and approving care labels and UPC stickers.
  • Liaising with the wider business to highlight any production issues or delays.
  • Ensuring product meets quality standards.


  • Liaising with the warehouse manager on urgent air and sea quantities based on pending orders.
  • Chasing the supplier for all correct packing lists and clearance documents.
  • Arranging oversea’s air and sea shipments with our forwarder for delivery to USA and UK.
  • Communicating delivery dates to relevant teams.
  • Production Sheet/ Monthly Buys
  • Processing and Analysing Data
  • Inputting all new season style information into the production sheet, including fabric and trim details.
  • Assisting the managing director with the monthly buys. Downloading clients’ orders and processing these in the buy order book.
  • Creating monthly sell-throughs and sending this sales information to the product development and wholesale teams.


  • Working closely with the design and development team on product & collection development. Ranging from;
  • Measuring garments and producing specification sheets
  • Have photoshop skills to assist in product CADS
  • Updating line sheets & product lead sheets


  • 2 years' minimum experience in a similar role
  • A genuine interest in the fashion industry
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to multi-task
  • Highly organised with a flawless attention to detail, forward-thinking, and a natural problem solver
  • Excited to work in a fast-past paced environment, able to prioritise tasks and work calmly under pressure
  • Confident working with managers across various teams
  • Advanced growth mindset, eager to learn new skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently from home or in the office 
  • Show excellent initiative to find solutions to all tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Mid to advanced level in IT Software such as Excel & Outlook
  • Basic Photoshop & Illustrator skills
