Tateossian is looking for a full-time Production Assistant to join the team in Imperial Wharf, London.
As part of the production team, the successful applicant will create luxury jewellery items by hand to exact specifications and in accordance with safety measures, ensuring quality throughout. The role will also include assisting the stock and supply chain team with stock pulling and stocktakes, and working with the packing and distribution team on trade show preparations.
Responsibilities of the Production Assistant
Main:
Assemble luxury jewellery products by hand to produce items with the quality of craftsmanship for which the Tateossian Brand is known.
Assess products against the specified quality and safety guidelines as per the Tateossian standards to ensure standards are met.
Ensure all items are correctly labelled and passed to the Stock team to ensure they are distributed or stored accurately.
Manage all jewellery repairs- in-house and suppliers' workshops; prepare paperwork and liaise with all parties involved.
Ensure quality control of individual components used within our jewellery and finished stock items.
Collect and prepare components for the purchasing, design and product development departments for samples and orders in order to showcase Tateossian design.
Produce sample items, preparing lists of codes for the data team to assist them in recording the products accurately.
Undertake detailed and accurate examination of samples and testing and implement changes based on feedback from colleagues and customers.
Produce stock and order items for shops, web or sales orders and repairs to set deadlines.
Using our in-house bespoke system (Encore), effectively plan work and products to ensure deadlines and delivery dates are met.
Assist with bi-annual stock takes so we can ensure our records are correct and we can keep an accurate track of the physical stock we have.
Assist with Trade shows and Carnet preparations.
Prepare and label agents samples.
Report any problems during the shift to the Manager so they can be addressed promptly.
Assist the packing team during busy periods to relieve the pressure on them and ensure orders are fulfilled promptly.
Managed all customers or warehouses returns
Any other ad hoc duties in line with the needs of the business and ongoing development of the department such as Assay office hallmarking and in -house engraving.

Jewellery Assembly:
Completes all production projects within set deadlines provided at the onset of specific project.
Customer Service:
Completes and returns 100% of all repairs (in-house and suppliers' workshops) within one week of receiving into the team.
