House of Sunny is seeking a highly organised, proactive Production Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our production processes in London.

Utilising exceptional attention to detail, the Production Coordinators will coordinate packaging, trims, and samples, as well as manage essential production-related tasks, all while adhering to multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator

Packaging and Trim Management:

  • Place and track orders for packaging, labels, and trims to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure all trims and packaging materials meet brand standards and quality requirements.

Pre-Pack Organisation:

  • Assist in the planning and organization of pre-packs to ensure efficient workflow and accurate deliveries.

Sample Management:

  • Coordinate social and retail sample requests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of all production samples.
  • Monitor and manage sample movements, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Barcode Management:

  • Generate and manage barcodes for all products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications.

Returns Reporting and Monitoring:

  • Monitor and log product returns, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular return reports for review by the production team.

Logistics and Product Testing:

  • Follow up on and update packing lists, ensuring they accurately reflect the pre-pack instructions.
  • Confirm and update final production quantities, then provide total unit numbers to the eCommerce team.
  • Request product testing quotations and coordinate sample submissions to obtain required test reports.

What House of Sunny is looking for:

  • A minimum of a basic understanding of garment trims and packaging processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in a production or fashion-related role is a plus.
