At Catherine Walker, we are currently looking for a Fashion Production Coordinator.

Your jobs would include:

• Maintaining a neat, tidy, organised and efficient office to provide an optimal workflow. 
• Coordinate the whole production process from sample 
• Analyse business decisions and critical paths, propose and implement best practices
• Negotiate terms with external suppliers and build good relationships
• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Factory schedules - checking to make sure all orders are on the system and planned with correct dates against the system
• Ordering fabrics and making sure the delivery is smooth, following Brexit updates and its effects of import/export
• Obtaining forecast reports for every order and checking shortage/excess fabric
• Producing spec sheets
• Organising fabric storage and improving it constantly
• Sourcing new fabrics/trims/buttons 

Requirements:

• Background in fashion production and sample management
• Very good technical and luxury fabric knowledge
• First-class organisation and administration skills
• Ability to maintain attention to detail when multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with teams across the business.
• Ability to set priorities and use the resources available effectively.
• Ability to keep a cool head when working under tight, shifting deadlines.
• Drive, enthusiasm and initiative.
• Proactive as a team member, supporting and contributing ideas for improvement.
• Extremely hard working
• Excellent English language
• PC literate with experience of working with Microsoft Office
