We have partnered with a luxury womenswear brand, now recruiting a Production Manager to join the business.  The brand is growing and expanding their product offering and collections.

Key responsibilities;

  • Manage the critical path ensuring all factories, external stakeholders and product teams and rectify when necessary
  • Trouble shoot any issues within the production line
  • Manage relationships with current factories and mills
  • Source new factories in line with the brands sustainability policy and brand ethos
  • Partner with the product teams on a daily basis
  • Support across material sourcing and research
  • Support junior team members
  • Ensure lead times are being met
  • Advise sales teams of any delays and rectify as soon as possible
  • Report and update brand CEO and Founder

The successful candidate will;

  • 5 years' minimum luxury or contemporary brand production experience
  • Demonstrable strong understanding of sustainable policies
  • Factory relationships across Europe
  • BA Hons minimum level degree
  • European languages would be advantageous
