Diane Kordas Jewellery is seeking a talented Production Manager.  This is an opportunity to join the West London-based team full-time, overseeing and managing the production side of the fine jewellery business. This is a hugely exciting role, with the opportunity to join the team of an expanding global luxury brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage vendor relations
• Initiate and lead the development process of new fine jewellery designs
• Manage work-flow between the production and sales team
• Oversee all production tasks; production schedules, quality control etc.
• Seek ways to improve efficiency and processes and implement positive changes
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet daily deadlines with the design and sales team
• Coordinate photoshoots
• Ensure the website is up to date
• Assist in marketing and social media

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience working within a luxury brand
• Jewellery experience
• Confident user of Word and Excel
• Effective time management and ability work to tight deadlines
• Advanced experience in Photoshop and Illustrator
